Amet starts trading

After twelve years at a land agency firm James Fulton decided there was space in the market for an innovative, forward-thinking practice. James formed Amet Property Ltd and we started trading on the 1st November 2016.

As far as possible Amet property will steer clear of hourly rates with work completed on a risk basis or for fixed fees. Traditional firms tend to work on an hourly rate but clients often prefer to know the cost before starting a project. We feel strongly about this. You wouldn’t go out for dinner and let the restaurant tell you the cost after you’d eaten depending on how difficult the chef found making your food!

Amet Property are regulated by RICS, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. With our company director James’ wealth of property experience you can depend on a professional approach.
